This page explains what we collect when you join our waitlist or ask us for the CENTERED Beginner’s Guide, what we do with it, and how to tell us to stop.

Who we are

Wellora LLC, trading as CENTERED, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at help@shopcentered.com, or by post at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

What we collect

There are two ways you might give us your details, and we handle them separately.

If you join the waitlist on this website

the email address you enter in the form
the date and time you agreed to receive email from us, and the wording you agreed to
how you arrived — if you followed a link from one of our partner creators or from an advertisement, that link carries a short code, and we record it as signup_source so we know which partner sent you
the page you signed up on, and the full web address you arrived at, recorded as signup_page and landing_url

If you scan the card inside your CENTERED set

When you start a conversation with us on Facebook Messenger or Instagram, we collect:

your first name and the profile information Messenger or Instagram makes available to us
a contact identifier issued by our messaging provider
the email address you give us so we can send your Beginner’s Guide
the date and time you agreed to receive email from us, and the wording you agreed to
the fact that you arrived via the card in your set, so we know where your details came from

We do not collect payment details. If you bought your set on Amazon, Amazon holds that information, not us.

Why we use it

Waitlist. To tell you when the CENTERED Tuning Fork Set goes on sale, to send you your early access link and discount code, and to let you know when our sound healing masterclass opens. We also use signup_source to understand which partners and channels bring people to us, so we know where to spend our effort.

Beginner’s Guide. To send you the guide you asked for, and — with your consent — occasional updates from CENTERED.

Our legal basis for both is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time and we will stop.

How consent works

Both lists are double opt-in. After you submit the form or the chat, we send you a confirmation email, and nothing else is sent until you click the link in it. If you never click, you stay unconfirmed and we do not email you again.

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are removed. You can also just email us and we will do it for you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

We use service providers who process data on our behalf:

Klaviyo — stores waitlist subscribers and sends waitlist email
Manychat — runs the chat conversation from the card in your set
SendGrid — delivers email sent through Manychat
Google — where we keep a record of guide signups
Meta — operates Facebook and Instagram
Cloudflare — hosts this website and keeps short-lived server logs

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. Pages are served as static files, and the fonts and images are served from this site rather than from anyone else’s. Nothing is sent to a third party when you simply visit a page.

The one exception is deliberate: when you press the button to join the waitlist, your email address and the details listed above are sent to Klaviyo. Nothing leaves your browser before that.

If any of this changes, we will update this policy first.

Where your information is held

Our providers are based in the United States, so if you contact us from the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and stored in the US. Where required, those transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you are subscribed, and for up to 24 months afterwards so that we can honour your unsubscribe and show that consent was given. This applies whether or not you ever buy anything from us — if you join the waitlist and never order, the same 24-month clock runs from the day you unsubscribe or the day we last heard from you. After that we delete them.

Chat conversations are retained by our messaging provider under its own retention periods.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it, or by emailing us. You can also ask us to give you a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider. Just email help@shopcentered.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are in the UK or the EEA and you think we have handled your information badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

If you live in California

You have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request a copy, to ask us to delete or correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, email us at the address above.

Children

CENTERED products and this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where the change is significant, we will tell you by email.
